Dr. Heiko and his family have rented a car from Formosa Car Rental back in 2017.

He is always very organized and polite but not cold.  He texted me to send him a payment link during his flight to Taiwan , always pay in advance.  

I seldom to ask to take a picture with customers.  This picture was took by Mrs. Heiko right after we said good- by at the airport.

I am back in Israel.  

I was traveling in your amazing country for 3 weeks. I feel like I could have traveled there for much more time.  I didn't know nothing about your country,  I came to meet my doughter after 6 months that she was traveling in Australia. The first thing that happened is that the energy I felt was very strong,  energy of open, peace,  good will and beauty. I felt safe all around.  We traveled from taipei, down to  taitung,  everything is green and the mountains that surround us are so strong and healing. The springs are everywhere and the water makes us so happy. The food is delicious,  easy to get, we were sleeping in guesthouses but the most amazing thing was meeting the people.  

We were invited twice by people that opened their hearts and houses and invited us to stay with them.  It was one of the most beautiful things that happened to me in my life.  I thank those families,  they teach me a way that I am now going to do the same. 

All the people that we met helped us with a lot of love and care.  I never felt such in my life,  and I want you to know that I have traveled in many place around the globe.

Thanks a lot karen, thank you Taiwan.  Thank you all the people that helped us everywhere.  You are so beautiful from the inside.  I send you my love.

Excellent experience renting from Formosa.

Karen nd her colleague were incredibly responsive and professional.

The car had great fuel efficiency and served us well. Rates are same as other Taiwanese rental agencies. Recommended!

Hi Karen, thank you for your excellent service. We had a pleasant trip from Taipei to Hualien. The delivery of the car to my hotel was on time (in fact 15 mins earlier) and the driver was very polite and patience. The car was excellent and did not gave us any problem and its very fuel efficient too.

Driving on the 蘇花公路 was not that bad. In fact I enjoyed the drive knowing that you guys have got my back in case I needed help. I could concentrate on driving and enjoying myself./p>

I would recommend your services to my friends who intend to hire a car in Taiwan.

I would like to thanks you for your excellent service provided while we were in Taiwan. The car rental experience with your company is great. The rental car is in superb condition. I will definitely contact you and your company for car rental should I be back in Taiwan for another holiday trip again.

I apologize for getting your colleague to wait for us on the day of car return as we get lost in Taipei City after we topped up petrol in one of the kiosk in city. I also realized Taipei City is more complicated compare to the others.

How are you? Happy new Year!! Sorry for the late reply. We returned to USA last Friday, so now I have more time to reply to your email!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for reserving the lovely B&B for us! That B&B is VERY NICE, NEWLY opened since June, so everything is new! So I really liked it! and the breakfast is great too— right across the street and you can exchange from sandwiches to Chinese breakfast, which we loved the Chinese breakfast! The BnB had an elevator as well, which made things easy to transport our luggages!

With Peter, we had a good time too. We didn’t know about the landslide a few days prior to our Monday tour, so he informed us that we won’t be going into the national park, only around it. I wish we could have known that earlier, so we can go to other places, or maybe cancel it? I think we only saw about 2 or 3 places, it wasn’t bad, but getting some heads up would be good. Peter was very friendly, informative, and kind to us, and considerate with my mother-in-law who couldn’t hike or walk that far.

So, thank you very much Karen for all of your help! Too bad I didnt’ get to meet you!! Many blessings to you and in the future I’ll definitely recommend you to our friends if they want to rent cars or need BnB places to stay!

I have been away for a road tripping in Taiwan with the gf and putting the new Samsung ‪#‎NX1 courtesy of Samsung Singapore through its paces in the cold and in the rain. Decided to be like a local and hired a car from folks at ‪九龍租車 Formosa Car Rental who were not only warm and friendly but made it so easy to drive in Taiwan.

I went to Taiwan twice before but never knew it was so beautiful until I went to the east coast, Hualien and drove along the coastal road. It was breathtakingly beautiful. I am wanting to go back again soon in the future. Stay tune for my images on my instagram, @ericchenrr and my blog post.

Dear Karen,

We had a great trip and the car was good too. We satisfied much on the service we received, from the beginning contacts with you and till return the car to Kaohsiung.

The minor problem is the GPS set on the car, we wondered the information it provided, fortunately your staff had provided us another GPS, otherwise it would be very challenging if the original GPS set could not find the location of our motel and ‘the time to destination’ was always confusing.
